ART MOLD Kalıp Aksesuarları San. ve Tic. A.Ş. was established in 2005 under the structure of Art Kalip. Since then it has been producing cylindrical and square mold accessories such as guide pillars, bushes, and locks.

In short period of time, it has started exporting %100 of its goods, using only high quality and approved brands of machines at its site.

Since 2015, after secession of main company, it has been serving global partners under new title.

Our production site ensures 3µ precision to all of our products. One of the most important factor is the temperature, and we manage the surrounding air with our automatic climate control units. Through this we keep the temperature at our production line at stable 20 - 23°C.

We use material 16MnCrS5 (1.7131) during process of our products, which has characteristic features that are highly suitable for atmospheric carburising. Case hardening is set between 58 – 62 HRC after heat treatment. By using this method during heat treatment process, we are able to adjust surface hardening. Flexibility of internal structure is also achieved in order to avoid vulnerability. We guarantee durability and long lasting of our products.
